If you are able to assess other people correctly, you can avoid unnecessary friction, adapt better to different situations and convey your ideas to them. Empowering you as an individual by using Biostructural analysis training as a self empowerment tool so that you can discover your own unique character and live according to your own True Colours.
Your True Colours is about providing uplifting and inspirational insights into some of South Africa’s most respected and revered role models (entertainment, business and sports people) to see how they achieved personal and business success. With the use of the Biostructural analysis training system we see if they have been true to themselves and true to their colours?
Our first special guest is Marc Lottering. Please read his interview under the Special Guests Tab and then watch his video clip and his response to three situational questions on the last slider. This should help you to decide what you think Marc’s True Colours really are.

Empowering you as an individual by using Biostructural analysis training as a self empowerment tool so that you can discover your own unique character and live according to your own True Colours. Every person’s success is contributed by 3 factors: Environment (Where they grew up, with whom, what influenced them most) – Life experiences (What they experienced and skills they acquired) - Personality profile ( Based on Biostructural Analysis).

It has been scientifically proven that important personal characteristics of people depend on their individual brain structure. The well-known American brain researcher, Professor Paul D. MacLean, has been able to establish that the human brain consists of three sections differing in age as regards their evolutionary history and the various functions they have to fulfill. These three vastly differing brains have, nevertheless, to work together in the «triune brain» and communicate with each other.

The brain stem
Is the part of the brain, storing millions of years’ experience, seat of instincts and feeling for life.
The limbic system
Is the part of the brain of emotions, self-assertion in the fight for survival.
The neocortex
Is the part of the brain of rational thinking, planned action and foresight.
These three areas are responsible for the way we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us and they are in constant use and we all have varying amounts of each depending on our own individuality and uniqueness i.e. that which we are born with.
Consider the following. We humans are social beings. We come into the world as the result of others’ actions. We survive here in dependence on others. Whether we like it or not, there is hardly a moment of our lives when we do not benefit from others’ activities. For this reason it is hardly surprising that most of our happiness arises in the context of our relationships with others.
You – living your life authentically and true to yourself. To be true to yourself and understand the why, and the who, of what you are, will pave the way for greater personal success. If one can develop in harmony with one’s personality, you save energy. If you know your individual strengths and limitations, you can use them effectively. If you are able to assess other people correctly, you can avoid unnecessary friction, adapt better to different situations and convey your ideas to them.

By using the Biostructural Analysis training system we discover what percentage of each brain type an individual possesses and then we are able to assign a value for each brain type, or colour, to understand that person’s basic character and True Colours.

We have assigned a different colour to each of these three areas for ease of explanation and easy visual understanding of how these three areas work and their subsequent influence on our character. We use the colours RED, GREEN and BLUE.
Using the latest biological scientific research, regarding how the brain developed, and as confirmed by the most recent findings in neuroscience, behavioural genetics and molecular biology, we can determine in all of us our biological structure.
“There is something in every one of you that waits and listens for the sound of the genuine in yourself. It is the only true guide you will ever have. And if you cannot hear it, you will all of your life spend your days on the ends of strings that somebody else pulls.”
The Biostructural Analysis Training system, known as Structogram, was developed in Switzerland and has been in operation for over 30 years. It operates in 24 countries worldwide. Here are but a few of the multinationals that have used this training tool – Nestle, GlaxoSmithKline, Coca Cola, Microsoft, Peugeot, Credit Suisse, Swisscom, Siemens, Nissan, Pfizer.
Insights into our much loved and respected role models and discovering what can make each and every one of us truly great; firstly by understanding ourselves and secondly by understanding why others are different to us, thus reinforcing why we should all be – Proudly South African.

To be true to yourself and understand the why, and who, of what you are, will pave the way for greater personal success and self empowerment. After completing Biostrutural analysis training you will know what percentage of each brain type/colour you have and you will understand how this impacts on your character, on your decisions and on your choices in life. You will understand your past and look forward to your future with more clarity and purpose.
Here are a few definitions of the three colours and what each one can represent in a person’s character.

The Limbic system – RED
Impatient, bossy, assertive, decisive, energetic, direct, dynamic, lively, competitive.
The brain stem – GREEN
Relaxed, caring, empathetic, easygoing, talkative, sociable, kind, friendly, laid back.
The Neocortex – BLUE
Distant, sensible, organised, reserved, factual, serious, private, pedantic, likes detail in everything.
Inspiring people in South Africa to be true to themselves by understanding what makes each and everyone of us truly unique and different.

I asked Marc a few simple questions to help you decide his True Colours and real character. Watch this video clip to see his answers.
I can now reveal what value Marc has of each colour. Please enjoy my video and explanation of how Marc’s success and his character relates to his colours.
Tip: read “About” Biostructural Analysis to find out how this is measured.
RED = 11
GREEN = 15
BLUE = 10
Total = 36
So is Marc living his life authentic to himself and his colours?
